RE: [wsrp-wsia] WSRP spec v0.90

I don't believe that we can or should schedule a vote for acceptance of the
committee draft without final IPR statements from all members.  As I
understand it, we are waiting on IBM and WebCollage.  Is this still
accurate?  Are there others?  It would be extremely helpful to get these
asap prior to the face-to-face and/or official vote, to allow time for
internal review.
