Proposed text: "PortletDescription"
Reasoning: We may have gone over this before (I don't actually remember), 
but I think that we should take out "Response" as much as possible from 
our return types, especially when the return type is already a noun (as it 
is in this case).  If we decide that we do want to keep response, though, 
we should use it consistently and always put <function name>Response. That 
would change my suggestion to "GetPortetDescriptionResponse".
