Old text: If field’s (useCachedMarkup) value is “true”, any supplied 
cacheControl field MUST be processed as an update to the cacheControl 
originally supplied with the cached markup

Proposed text: If the value for useCachedMarkup is “true”, any supplied 
cacheControl field MUST be processed as an update to the cacheControl 
originally supplied with the cached markup

Reasoning: More explicit ... allows the conformance statement to stand on 
its own.
