Old text: type: Type of the property ...

New text: The namespace for schema-defined types used by this spec is "
http://www.w3c.org/2001/XMLSchema". Producers may assume that all 
consumers will support the basic types defined by 
http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/. The default for type is "xsd:string" 
where
xmlns:xsd=""http://www.w3c.org/2001/XMLSchema" (see 8.5). 

Reason: we have no reference to the schema datatypes.

[RT] Note: this will interact with already approved changes, but this is 
new.
