[wsrp] [wsia][glossary] Latest version of the glossary

Here is the latest version of the glossary that has all the items that I
could find from the WSIA mailing lists that related to the glossary.  I am
also in the middle of incorporating the feedback and some of the new
terminology from WSRP in relation to Portlets and the associated concepts.

One item that would be helpful, when we ( WSIA/WSRP ) have new glossary
items, please send them to the mailing list with the [wsia|wsrp][glossary]
so I can see them clearly.  Otherwise, I have to cull through the various
emails and documents and try and ascertain the new additions or deletions.
