WSRP Security minutes 5/29

Attendees: Mark Cassidy, Jeff Broberg, Yossi Tamari, Adam Noland, Joseph Stanko, Carsten Leue, Alejandro Abdelnur, Rich Thompson, Michael Freedman

1. Roles: no further use-case comments on standard roles. Proposed to defer standard role definitions; no pushback on the call, so we’ll defer this for now.

2. Requirements update:

- no new topics/issues raised

- Mark will begin updating requirements language to be consistent with how WSIA requirements are written.

3. Proposed the following to begin work on the spec chapter on security:

- for each requirement, identify:

a) if/how existing standards can satisfy, and example

b) metadata required to support

- identify additional questions to answer

- interaction diagrams where appropriate

No comments on this. Mark will begin putting together content for discussion and spec editor to work with.

4. New OASIS security standards JC participation

Rich Thompson has agreed to sit in on this JC as an observer and communicate back to WSRP group on activities of this JC.

5. Editor support: Jeff to contact Alan and decide how to support security chapter.
