Document Description:
Second version adds prep hyperlinks for Primer, Security and getPortletDescription rows of the table.

First version of document summarizes SC requests for members to do some prep in order to make the F2F meeting efficient. 

Intent is to both level set everyone on goals (2nd column) and provide easy access to reading material (3rd column's hyperlinks).
