I thought it would be useful to answer
Subbu's question to the entire group.

Since OASIS is arranging the meeting
rooms, box lunches and break refreshments, it is important that everyone
attending the F2F register. You do not have to register for the Symposium
in order to register for attending the F2F meeting. 

I would also point out to people that
the discounted rate offers for the Symposium and hotel expire today.

Are we required to register if we don't plan to attend the symposium? I

As you know, the OASIS WSRP Technical Committee is holding a face-to-face
meeting in conjunction with the OASIS Symposium.  As a Member in this
committee, you should plan on attending.

You are receiving this message because we do not have your Symposium registration.
 Your registration is required, if you plan to attend.  Even
if you plan on attending just the TC meeting, we ask that you register
now, so we make the meeting facility and refreshment arrangements for you.

Please know the early registration discount and reserved hotel block close
1 April. 

Registering late will cost more and potentially mean you will not be in
the conference hotel.  The weekends before and after the Symposium
are New Orleans JazzFest weekends, so hotels this week are scarce.
