For planning purposes, please:
1. Vote on this ballot (enables us to
make sure the conference room is large enough)
2. Register for the TC meeting (enables
proper planning for the coffee breaks and lunches)

I also just heard from Jane Harnard
that they have determined that projectors are prohibitively expensive ($650/day).
I see two reasonable solutions:
1. Someone is able to bring a projector
(or rent one in New Orleans) for the TC to use
2. Everyone in the room connects to
the same web conference as remote people
