Based on the description in 8.9, I would
agree with Nate that this is an editorial error in the current wsrp-2.0-types.xsd
... any objections to such an update?

In exportPortletsResponse:
<element name="exportContext"
type="xsd:base64Binary" nillable="true"/>
In importPortlets:
<element name="importContext"
type="xsd:base64Binary"/>
The importContext should also be nillable so an import can work when export
returns a nil exportContext.
Thanks,
Nate
