We should talk about this on the Thursday Interfaces SC call, but I could easily see two different impacts:
 - Some companies may vote no simply because of the ambiguity this introduces on the legal front
 - Some companies may simply need a longer time to evaluate how they would vote as they will now want lawyer to look harder at the underlying IP WebCollage has referenced.

Question to the TC:

What are we expecting at this stage:

- Those companies that have issues to vote NO on the spec?

- Or, work with WebCollage to get a legal IPR clarification?
