Based on the discussion during the interfaces call, I updated the document. The key change is the combined lifecycle in which the producer is required to return markup/data in response to pbia. One immediate question to discuss is how would a producer know when it SHOULD use the pbia-optimization. For instance, if a producer is implemented to never to do this optimization, it needs some indication from the consumer that it SHOULD do the optimization for an interaction request submitted via XPR.
