As a reminder to our Members and Voting
Members, this transition has two impacts:

1. All contributions made after March
27, 2007 will be available under the terms defined within the new IPR mode
(RF on Limited Terms).
2. The 14 day clock for withdrawing
from the TC to avoid the restrictions related to #1 has started. It will
expire on April 10, 2007.

To OASIS Members:
 
We are pleased to announce that the OASIS Web Services for Remote Portlets
(WSRP) TC has successfully transitioned to
the current (2005) OASIS IPR Policy[1] under the rules provided by the
OASIS IPR Transition Policy [2]. The ballot
results are visible to OASIS members at [3]. The TC will operate under
the "RF on Limited Terms" IPR mode effective 27
March 2007.
