There have been earlier passes at producing
this list (it is in a tab of the conformance spreadsheet in the Kavi repository.
I took a to-do to update this list, but won't be able to start that until
next week at the earliest. The hyperlinks in Section 15 could also be used
to see which point into highlighted text ...

Rich,
My QA Lead asked if there is
a list of changes to conformance statements from 1.0.
Thanks,
Nate

Subject: [wsrp] OS submission ballot
Mary McRae informs me that the OS submission ballot must also be a 7 day
ballot run by the TC Admin. There must be 3 or more use statements prior
to initiating this ballot.
The OASIS process rules say the following about such statements:
"Statement of Use", with respect to a specification, is
a written statement by an OASIS Organizational Member stating that it is
successfully using or implementing that specification in accordance with
the conformance clauses specified in Section 2.18*,
and stating whether its use included the interoperation of multiple independent
implementations.
A recent example is:
We (IBM Belgium) are successfully using the EML specifications and schemas
in accordance with the conformance clauses specified in the Process and
Data Requirements document. Our use has included the interoperation of
multiple independent implementations (i.e. IBM Belgium - EDS).
The last sentence is only to be included if interop work with other implementations
has occurred ...
For those needing to review the impact of the conformance clause statement,
I would point at section 15 of the specification ...
