Final Namespace for WS Security v. 1.0

1) The OASIS WSS v.1.0 namespace is:

    http://www.docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd

http://www.docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-utility-1.0.xsd

Can we assume that this namespace is going be frozen for

v.1.0 of the OASIS WS (Message) Security?

 

2) Does anyone know if any vendors support these namespaces yet?

3) Does anyone know what WS-Security namespace is used in .NET  1.1/WSE 2.0?

4) What WS-Security namespace is used in IBM WSDK 5.1?
