Is anyone aware that the standard "Web Services Security: SOAP Message Security 1.0 (WS-Security 2004)" labeled "OASIS Standard 200401, March 2004" has published incorrect namespace URIs in section 2.2, Namespaces?

The highlighted text in lines 185 through 188 specify namespace URIs that begin with the string "http://www.docs.oasis-open.org/".  Nowever, the table located at line 197 uses namespaces that begin with the string "http://docs.oasis-open.org/".  Furthermore, the schemas located at http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd and http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-utility-1.0.xsd also use namespace URIs that start with "http://docs.oasis-open.org/".

Is this a known issue?  I could not find an erratum for this, and I would have expected a very high profile erratum in this case -- in fact, a "day-glo orange", bright fluorescent erratum that would be impossible to miss.
