This technical committee resolves to recommend within its deliverables 
the means by which the security requirements and capabilities of web 
service providers and consumers are represented and interpreted to 
support the interoperable use of the security mechanisms defined by the 
technical committee, especially in support of any interoperability 
demonstrations the technical committee advocates.
