IBM is unable to attend the meeting due to a set of prior commitments. We
are hopeful that net/requirements/scenarios from this meeting can be shared
in other forums (without any attached IP obligations).

This is a follow up to our earlier message in which SUN offered to host
an open meeting to define a charter for an OASIS TC. We have decided to
reschedule this meeting, especially to accommodate a conflict with the
UDDI F2F.
We polled those who responded to the original invitation, and decided to
reschedule the meeting for Friday, Feb. 21, at the SUN Burlington MA.
campus. This message details the meeting logistics including directions
to the Sun campus, nearby accommodations, and the time of the meeting. A
detailed meeting agenda will be mailed out separately. If you have items
or suggestions for the agenda, please send them along.
We request that those who have not yet confirmed their intent to attend
please do so, especially so that we can reserve sufficient space. We
also encourage you to share this invitation with others who you feel may
be interested. We will provide a call in number for those wish to
participate by telephone.
The meeting will begin at 8:30 AM., and end at about 5:00 P.M. EST.
This meeting will focus on the characterization of the policy related
functionality required to support the interoperable use of mechanisms,
including but not limited to, the SOAP message security mechanisms being
defined by the Web Services Security TC. The purpose of the meeting will
be to capture these requirements in proposed charters for one or more
TCs that will serve the industry by providing solutions to these
important problems.

From the airport:
Exit the airport toward the Sumner Tunnel (be prepared to pay
$3.00 toll fee) and take Route 93 North. Follow 93 North to Exit
37B (Route 95/128 South).
Proceed South on Route 95/128 (approximately 5 miles) to Route 3
North, Exit 32B toward (Lowell/Nashua, NH).
Follow Route 3 North for approximately 2 miles to Route 62. Exit
26 (Burlington/Bedford).
Turn right at traffic light at end of ramp to Route 62, follow
through one traffic light then turn right at the second traffic
light onto Network Drive. You'll see the Sun campus on the right
after turning.
Take the second entrance onto the Sun Campus and proceed straight
towards the building 1 lobby. You should park in the vistor's
parking lot which you will be on your right as you approach the
lobby.
Enter the lobby and sign and obtain a badge from the receptionist.
We will meet you in the lobby and escort you to the meeting room.
From the Burlington Marriott:
exit the Hotel parking lot and turn left on Mall Road.
Take it to "the end" (it turns into a different and smaller street
once you're past Burlington Mall) and turn right on Middlesex
Turnpike; a Tower Records will be on your near right at this
intersection.
Continue for a mile or so, until you reach a traffic light with a
bank on your right.
Continue to go straight, and the road will bend left and turn into
Network Drive. You'll see the
Sun campus on your left.
Take your first left into the campus and proceed straight towards
the building 1 lobby. You should park in the vistor's parking lot
which you will be on your right as you approach the lobby.
Enter the lobby and sign and obtain a badge from the
receptionist.We will meet you in the lobby and escort you to the
meeting room.
