In the WSS-SOAPMessageSecurity-12 document, in the chapter 11: Extended Example on the line 1434 there is invalid algorithm identifier used. According to the XML Encryption Syntax and Processing recommendation (http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlenc-core/), the Tripple-DES has this identifier: http://www.w3.org/2001/04/xmlenc#tripledes-cbc and not the one used in the document.
