Current ballot is being aborted, re-started - please read

Dear TC members, you have probably seen
the recent e-mails on the topic of the current XrML Token Profile document.
After consultation this evening with the OASIS staff we agreed that we
would cancel the current ballot and get the document updated per the request
of the OASIS staff. The editors of that profile have now made the required
changes and have re-posted the document. I agreed with the OASIS staff
that we would use the generic phrase "rights expression language"
or "REL" from now on. The latest version of the token profile
that has been posted uses this new language in the filename of the document,
in the document title and within the document text as appropriate.

Right after I post this note I am going
to cancel the current ballot and start and new one with a full new seven
days to approve (or not) the amended document as a CD
