OASIS WSS Interop at Gartner

Hello,

We have been approached with a significant opportunity to increase the 
visibility of the work of an OASIS TC. Gartner is holding a conference 
in Orlando on 15-17 November,

graciously offered to provide a space for an OASIS InterOp Demo. As some 
of you know, these events are very heavily attended and they have agreed 
to promote the InterOp as well. We have another opportunity at this 
event to present a workshop during a different slot and I would like to 
see a cooperative workshop from the TC that would support the InterOp. 
There will be some expenses involved and it will be necessary for OASIS 
to pass those along to the participants. Since Gartner is providing the 
venue (which is the greatest expense), the participant will be 
responsible for AV, connectivity (if needed) and some printing costs 
associated with creating an invitation which will prominently display 
all sponsor members logos, signage, etc. These costs are minimal in 
comparison to the opportunity to highlight your efforts. We have had 
tremendous success with OASIS InterOps in the past; rest assured this 
would be favorably reviewed.

I need a reply fairly quickly as I will need to alert another TC if this 
is not doable for the WSS TC.
