I agree,

XML 2004, or Web Services Edge, would be better venues.  The Gartner
Conferences are generally high level.

I note that Nov 15-17 is the same timeframe as the XML 2004 Conference,
in Washington, DC (http://www.xmlconference.org/xmlusa/) where OASIS did
interop demos last year.  

What are OASIS's plans for the XML 2004 conference?  Are you planning to
do interop demos at both conferences or is the attached email expressing
a preference for the Gartner conference?
