I've corrected some of the syntax errors and encoding mismatch errors in
the
examples thanks to Bruce Rich.

Further, I've also corrected the Encryption example to use the Base64
decoding transform (thanks to Maneesh).

Finally, I have added a single scenario #4 that is an exact duplicate of
scenario #3 but uses the Attachment-Complete semantics.

Given that I am releasing scenario #4 only one week prior to the
interoperability event, we can go ahead and make this one optional, but
I do
believe it is important to exercise this due to the MIME C14N processing
rules.

Please let me know if anyone has further comments or sees any errors or
omissions.
