Request to start a public review of WSS SWA profile

Mary, the WSS TC today voted to have
a public review of the WS-Security: SOAP Messages With Attachments (SWA)
profile that was recently approved by the TC as a Committee Draft. The
latest document is available here [1]

We would like the review to start as
soon as possible and to run for 30 days.
