Subject: Issue 378 - deprecating of documents

The chairs had an action (issue 378)
to contact the OASIS staff on the subject of document deprecation. I sent
a mail to Mary McRae of the OASIS staff on this point. With her permission
I am posting her reply below:
I asked:
