Possible submission of specifications to ITU

This is to notify committee members that OASIS anticipates submitting the Web Services Security v1.1 specification(s) to the ITU for further ratification. On behalf of OASIS staff I'd like to thank the members of the TC for their efforts in developing and enhancing the specification set.
