Subject: [xacml-comment] About anyURI-equal
Hi, The XACML spec says that the semantics of the anyURI-equal function is defined in the XQuery spec. My colleague pointed out to me that in the XQuery spec it is unclear how to handle escape sequences when comparing two URIs. For example, the following two URIs are equal? gopher://spinaltap.micro.umn.edu/00/Weather/California/Los%20Angeles gopher://spinaltap.micro.umn.edu/00/Weather/California/Los Angeles If necessary, the XACML spec should clarify it by itself.
