Comment on XACML v3.0 Related and Nested Entities Profile Version 1.0 cs01

Hi XACMLites,

Just noted a likely error - the last line of Section 1.3 [1] says:
"The replacement text for the XML entity reference "&acml;" used in examples is "urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:"".

However,  "&acml;" does not show up anywhere - it is always "&xacml;" - the x is missing in the Section 1.3 text.
