Note Hal has suggested the inclusion of RFC2904
(http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2904.html) defined PRP as in scope. I
personally can't see how XACML will be useful without a PIP. Regardless, I
also suggest that everyone read RFC2904. Perhaps we should consider
referencing the RFC in our revised charter.

Policy Information Point (PIP) - Provides information against which policy
conditions are evaluated

Policy Retrieval Point (PRP) - Retrieves policies from the Policy Repository
(and provides them to the PDP.)
