Subject: [use case] meeting information

Title: [use case] progress?
Wednesday 9/5/01 9:00 AM PDT for 1 Hour
Dial In Number (800) 403-2017
Participant Code: 778935
Conference Host: Ken Yagen

If no Use Cases are submitted prior to this meeting, I plan on cancelling it. I hope I don't have to do that. I know it may be short turnaround, but please try to review the use case submissions before the meeting.

So far I have Carlisle, Gil, Bill, Hal listed as attending. I encourage anyone else who is on the subcommittee or would like to help with the use case distilling process to attend. Carlisle has also volunteered to lead the use case discussion at the F2F and present the first cut at the requirements from the use cases. (Thanks Carlisle!)

Thank you,

Bill,

Thanks for sending out a reminder. From the last conference call, we voted:
Use cases are posted to list in the approved template format by close of business (5PM Pacific Time) on Tuesday the 4th. Ken to arrange committee meeting and discuss further results on the next call - Thursday (6th).

I'd hoped we'd get some presented early so that we wouldn't be flooded at the end. If anyone can submit their use cases before the long weekend, it would be helpful to the subcommittee.

I would like to set up a meeting of the use case subcommittee to discuss these and get something done with them asap. Are committee members available Wednesday the 5th at 9AM Pacific time to discuss what to do with the submissions and what needs to be prepared for the F2F? I don't have a list of the memmbers because our webpage seems to be down right now. If so, I will arrange a meeting and a con call number. Let's plan for an hour. The goal is to prepare a presentation of the use cases submitted that identifies commonalities and maybe some areas that don't seem to be covered or addressed in the current use cases. Also, we need to identify a representative attending the face to face to lead the use case discussion and present our findings.

just sending out an annoying reminder that the use cases should be
moving merrily along towards integration into the XACML use case
standard. i was really hoping that we could have this distributed at
least a day or two before the f2f so that we could maximize our time
there. i will accept the UCs in any reasonable *document* format and
will do the conversions to the approved document format once we complete
the 'process voting process'.

if those of you working on the UCs have come across any issues with the
template let's get them out into the open.

thanks

b
