RE: Audio conf. phone number and access code?

It looks like the conference line is not available for use solely by XACML. If someone at the F2F could send a list of the requested times to Dee, they can let you know what is available.

Simon has a conference call scheduled for 9/20/01 at 9:00am CST. If you need other time slots please give the the date and exact times of the calls and I will schedule them for you. Calls must be schedule through me to be sure that we do not crash into each other. I will give you the call in number and code numbers as soon as I confirm the time slots for you.

Dee,

Simon mentioned you had been helping to arrange the conference line. The XACML Face2Face meeting is coming up Monday and Tuesday. I guess there was some confusion over the scheduling of the line. Is it available for use at anytime for XACML or do we need to schedule it ahead of time. I say this because the attendees at the F2F were planning on using it for conferencing in some people that couldn't attend in person for portions of the meeting. It wasn't until later that we found out from Simon he was scheduling it through you. Please let me know and I'll try to pass the message along to those at the conference if they shouldn't use the line.
