FWIW: my suggestion is based upon cost considerations and ease of access
(although decent weather can't hurt :o). at the moment, the total cost
of airfare + 2 nights lodging at the venetian is between $150 and $300
from just about anywhere in the u.s. for the months of november and
december. while it is nice for 2 or 3 members to be able to drive to the
meetings i would like to find something that accomodates as many people
as possible.
