Topics: Work program for the upcoming face-to-face.

Priorities were discussed, and it was agreed that items 3b, 5a, 5b and 14 required urgent resolution.  So, these would be discussed at this week's face-to-face.

Item 9 also needs work.  But, this can wait for the following face-to-face.

With the exception of the "typing" considerations, the "policy" schema is fairly stable.  The "context" schema, however, needs more work.  Some experts want to support a model in which the context is very simple, requiring no elaborate API to extract the necessary attributes.  This, however, won't satisfy the complex requirements of environments, such as J2SE.

One possible way forward is to define two context schema: one simple and one more elaborate.  The more elaborate one would be an extension of the simple one.  This requires more thought and input from experts on XML APIs, such as DOM and SAX.
