Engovatov] Did not we discuss this and decide that proper
"declaration" schema will be post-1.0, and for now we are happy with a table
declaration?
I would actually
suggest briefly revisiting this issue, maybe at F2F - it is a short,
independent addition, which in my opinion has value. I
will write a short schema extension based on 15i (as this area is more or less
settled down by now)..
