I suggest the following evaluation strategy.

1) The is no distinctions made for different functions - order of evaluation is determined by the implementation.

[Daniel Engovatov] I guess I need to add: "..according to this particular function internal logic". It may/or may not compute everything, and determine the order, but any attribute EXPLICITLY written into the condition, should be computable - or result in an overall ERROR.. Ordered-OR is still in..
