I think there's a small schema bug in the new Qualifier schema given in item
0154: [Seth Proctor] [Schema/Text Change]. The complexType for the type
QualifiedSubjectAttributeDesignatorType has a base of AttributeDesignatorType,
but now that there is a SubjectAttributeDesignatorType that doesn't include
category metadata, I think that should probably be the base type. The
SubjectQualifierType correctly uses SubjectAttributeDesignatorType.

Whew, these names are starting to get long :)
