In Section 5.5 Element <CategorizedSubjectAttributeDesignator>,
in the schema fragment:

  Shouldn't type be
  "xacml:CategorizedSubjectAttributeDesignatorType" rather than
  "xacml:SubjectAttributeDesignatorType"?

And following, shouldn't there be text for the following
additional XML attribute:

  SubjectCategory [Optional]

    This attribute SHALL specify the categorized subject from
    which to amtch named subject attributes.  If SubjectCategory
    is not supplied, its default value SHALL be
    urn:...:subject-category:access-subject.
