Yes, the people at OASIS have been struggling to get the new system up and
running.  The transition has not been as smooth as anyone hoped.  But things
should get worked out soon...

As you may know, XACML TC Web site has not been updated since 5 March.
It is because OASIS introduced new style for each TC Web site and DB-based
data management, and changed the rule for administrating each TC Web site.
Now OASIS web master controls the update in a centralized manner. I have
already asked several updates to OASIS web master but no updates yet.
