[xacml] Paper on Policy Specification Approaches

"A Survey of Policy Specification Approaches", by Nicodemos
Damianou, Arosha K. Bandara, Morris Sloman and Emil C. Lupu,
submitted for publication April 2002.

written by the group that developed Ponder).

XACML is one of the approaches surveyed.  Unfortunately, the
XACML reference is to a very old version, and I think all the
deficiencies alluded to have been resolved in the current
version.  The paper also does not really compare the various
approaches.

Nevertheless the paper is interesting.
