Subject: RE: [xacml] WSPL item for 7 August XACML TC Agenda

My concern is that its been developed in a public standards body work group
where there were concerns over RF, so has this been declared RF or does it
carry same terms as XACML 1.0 ?

Tony,

To the best of my knowledge, there are no patents or other
proprietary or intellectual property rights pertaining to the
XACML WSPL specification. The authors and contributors have none,
and none have been disclosed, and it has been developed in a
public standards body where potential claimants should have been
put on notice. Therefore, I see no reason why it would not be
royalty free.

Are you aware of any rights pertaining to this specification? If
so, please let us know.

Anne
