List of work items for Initial Discussion at F2F

Based on Polar's posting about WI #29, I think we should add it to the list.
Therefore we now have 17 items:

2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 16, 17, 19, 26, 29, 30, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40

It was noted that two pairs (8 & 19 and 17 & 30) are related so we should
discuss them together. Also if anyone wants an item discussed early or late,
speak up. Otherwise I suggest we take them in order.
