Meeting Thurs 27 November or not?

Colleagues,

There has been talk of not having a meeting this Thursday (27
November) due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S., but no
official decision has been made.  The Focus Group last week
suggested we hold our official TC meeting December 4 and every
two weeks after that, in order to lose minimal meeting time.

Could we get a decision on this?  I sort of doubt we could get
quorum...
