Vote to make XACML RBAC Profile a Committee Draft

I have asked the chairs to put an item on our 5 Feb 2004 agenda
to approve the XACML RBAC Profile as a Committee Draft.  The
profile is available at

If people want to discuss this more, or have objections, fine,
but I suspect many members are eager to see this move forward.
