I.   Minutes from August 18 meeting voted upon:
      Approved unanimously
      No objections

      Oasis note: Jane Harnad notified the TC that Oasis will
      be holding an annual European Adoption Forum event in London.

      or check out the oasis website.

II.  F2F
      The vote is a virtual tie and therefore it will be held in San Jose
      since the last meeting was on the "East Coast".

      Tuesday October 4  9:00am - 5:00pm
      Wednesday October 5  9:00am - 12:00pm

      Location: BEA facility in San Jose (locations to follow)

III. Requirements
      Michiharu asked for a repost of the detailed requirements for
      Generalization. Bill offered that he will post his initial QoS
      Scenarios to the wiki this morning.

IV.  Issue List
      Erik has added a link to #26 on the wiki to a number of
      alternatives for addressing reduction of Deny.
