Whatever, you can keep like it is if you want, our leagal will not accept it w/o the approved OASIS statements (which should have been there from the start)

it seems like this is the kind of thing that would be well met by a
simple copyright notice that is served up by oasis-open.org using a
version sensitive URL:

then again, this also sounds like the kind of bright, shiny object
problem that i get sidetracked trying to solve that doesn't need fixing :)

stated more succinctly: if oasis is OK with the short version, then it's
fine by me.
