I just re-read these minutes and I noticed that it says that "the 
Xpointer reference should be removed in v3". I also removed it from the 
2.0 errata which I posted yesterday since the consensus was that 
xpointer is not part of 2.0. Let me know if this is not what the TC 
intended.
