    Bill Parducci (Co-chair, minutes)
    Anthony Nadalin
    Erik Rissanen
    Rich Levinson

    David Staggs

    Voting Members: 8 of 8 (100%)

2. Administrivia
Vote on Minutes from 22 May 2008
    Approved with unanimous consent

Erik noted that conformance tests for delegation have been made
    publicly available by SICS:
    http://www.sics.se/%7Eludwig/xacml/XACML_3_0_Tests.tgz

A minor update to the v2 Errata was posted.
    http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xacml/download.php/28474/access_control-xacml-2.0-core-spec-os-errata.doc

Anil asked if anyone in the TC had references of adopters in the
    telco industry.

3. Issues
Backwards compatibility of the 2.0 errata
Erik reviewed the ramifications of re-referencing XPath from a
Draft to the Published spec. Hal raised a concern that the
original errata should not have been made since it is beyond
the scope of the errata. The TC will investigate this further.
While this is being considered for V3 the TC agrees to remove
    the Errata [re]definitions (dayTimeDuration, yearMonthDuration)

Rich raised philosophical concern re: XACML expression language
into data (e.g. range checking) that would be pushed into the
periphery and that this would require XACML awareness beyond
the PDP. Seth asked that Rich raise his concerns to the list so
the TC can discuss and noted that there is existing documentation
that will be helpful in providing context for this.

Rich reviewed his post on Conformance tests following up on the
request for status on the tests.

meeting adjourned.
