Subject: Groups - XACML v3.0 Hierarchical Resource Profile (xacml-3.0-hierarchical-v1-spec-wd-04.doc) uploaded

This document is submitted as a proposed revision for review. It addresses
the issues raised about inconsistencies and ambiguities in this document
discussed in:
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xacml/200901/msg00031.html and
follow-up emails.
It was found that the problem was rooted in the lack of definitions of key
concepts related to hierarchies and Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) in
previous versions of the document. By including an enhanced Glossary and
updating other sections of the specification impacted by the changes in the
Glossary, the proposed version is intended to enable comprehension by
readers who are not fully versed in the intricated details of DAGs.
