I was referring to the meta data (PDP attribute calc timing info,  
etc.) I am assuming there are schematic ramifications to persisting  
such information.

In conjunction logically yes. In conjunction syntactically within a  
Policy, Nno. The PDP must dictate order, not the Policy(Set) or it  
will not work.
