Three comments on the Profile made on the 5/21 TC call.

1. Need to have a conformance section. Has to be the last numbered section of document. Compliance language can be pretty simple, look at other XACML Profiles for examples.

2. Suggest making the profile applicable to all XACML versions, not just 3.0.

3. What happened to export codes being returned as advice? (Mentioned in discussions leading up to adoption of <Advice> in 3.0.) Is there something that could be standardized or is it company-specific?
